Well verse in overall project planning, coordination, implementation, control and completion. Sensitive with figures and keep track on effectively managing budgeting for all proposed projects. To monitor and keep track on the show allocation from top management and marketing team. To be initiative and explore more information relevant to targeted show / projects. A great executioner and Pro-active in resolving issues and liaising with all parties. Passion to communicate and establish client relationship, suppliers , venue owner . Able to work independently and able to make quick and responsive suggestion / solutions during on site period. Manage timeline and deadlines and preparations for all planning works for each assigned projects. Able to provide in depth and overall reporting and daily work progress to your immediate supervisor. Prepare realistic work schedule for each confirmed projects. Coordinating and detail documentation of for all handling projects.
