​About the Role:Comprehends and adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains all brand standardsExhibits knowledge of the market, competitors, local economic, social, and cultural landscapeMonitors business outcomes and assesses the performance of sales associatesAligns boutique sales objectives with the overall business plan and creates an environment conducive to sales growthSupports the successful execution of activation and marketing plans that contribute to business goalsCollects and shares customer and staff feedback with the Boutique Manager for future business planningProvides clear instructions and guidance to the team in line with the business plan, delegates tasks with explicit expectationsCoaches the team on appropriate utilization of product knowledge to boost salesIdentifies strengths and areas for development to foster future growthFacilitates smooth integration of new team members; assesses team needs and collaborates effectively with the Boutique Manager to retain top talentDemonstrates expertise in luxury selling culture and coaches sales associates to effectively apply these principles; acts as an acting manager on the sales floor in the absence of the Boutique ManagerEncourages clienteling, ensures the team collects qualitative data, and coaches them to establish trust and develop strong business relationships with clientsEnsures efficient after-sales serviceHandles communication with dissatisfied customers confidently and transforms complaints into positive experiencesDemonstrates proficiency in all operational selling processes; maintains accurate documentationAssists management in inventory control, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and appropriateness of stock at all timesSupports the Boutique Manager in monitoring merchandising plans, particularly for new products, while ensuring boutique visibility and environment align with brand standardsAbout the Candidate:Holds a tertiary education degree with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably with a background in accessories and watches, including 1 year in a supervisory roleFluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is advantageousExhibits excellent selling, customer service, and clienteling skillsDemonstrates sincerity, warmth, adaptability, and pleasantness in interactionsDisplays strong leadership and people management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, organized, capable of multitasking, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointIf you are ready for above, pls send your CV to for a confidential chat.
