- Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience selling training, education, or professional development solutions.
- Background in health and social care, legal training, or governance-related fields.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales automation tools.
- Experience working within a consultative sales framework.
- Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
