- 1st line technical support for home users as and when required
- 2nd line technical support for all onsite users
- Responsible for supporting the team in raising IT tickets inclusive of self-management of own ticket
- An IT or Microsoft linked qualification (and/or at least one years' experience in a helpdesk administrator role)
- Experience in supporting end users
- Work on own initiative and liaise with staff on all levels and communicate at a simple level
- Ability to fluently communicate in written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / D365
