This position requires a blend of financial acumen, negotiation prowess, and strategic foresight to ensure the successful execution of projects while maximizing cost efficiency and profitability.The Project Commercial Manager will have experience in managing both CapEx and OpEx accounts from both budgeting and cost management perspective and will provide support to the project team in all commercial matters.The Commercial Manager will have knowledge and experience in accounting software including SAP and UnifierBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Professional qualification such as RICS/CIOB/ICE or equivalent is preferred.Proven experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, or cost consultancy within a project environment.Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, procurement methods, and value management techniques.Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex contracts and agreements.Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and financial analysis.Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.Sound understanding of construction, contract, and commercial law.Experience in managing a team is advantageous.Proficiency in relevant software applications for cost estimating, budget management, and financial analysis.
