MOHU (part of MOL Group) has been established in order to manage these activities and started its operation in July 2023. In line with MOL Group 2030+ strategic goal, the company is committed to be a key player in the circular economy in CEE region. MOL will be responsible in the frame of the concession of the waste collection from households and businesses in Hungary. The company will organize the pre-treatment and treatment operations necessary to meet the strict waste management and recycling targets of the European Union.MOHU's Finance team is responsible for setting up and operating the full range of financial processes necessary for the company operation. You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business as well as shape the future of MOHU.Responsibilities:

Prepare strategic and business plans, forecasts and regular and ad hoc reports
Develop, maintain and operate sophisticated DCF models
Provide analyses based on management and business requests, and create decision making material for MOL Group management
Contribute to the annual business planning cycle financial modelling part
Perform year-end financial impairment testing of waste management assets by preparing financial models
Monitor, standardize and enhance the economic evaluation process

Requirements:

University/college degree in finance or economics
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in controlling
Systems and process-oriented approach
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum intermediate level of written and spoken English
