Listing Manager

• Collect and prepare all necessary changes for Channel Engine.
• Monitor tickets related to marketplaces connected via Channel Engine.
• Supervise Virtual Assistants (VAs) handling Channel Engine and marketplace tasks.
• Keep documentation updated regarding Channel Engine and connected marketplaces.

• Monitor listing quotes on all marketplaces via Channel Engine.
• Gather and prepare attributes/values for enrichment via Akeneo.
• Manage tasks related to category research.
• Handle tasks arising from requests from other departments.

• Monitor data flow from Akeneo through Channel Engine to all marketplaces.
• Ensure successful content updates via Channel Engine.
• Plan and delegate actions to fix content issues or missing content.

• Manage helpdesk tickets related to Channel Engine and its marketplaces.
• Track time spent on tickets.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage stakeholders involved in Channel Engine operations.

• Maintain and enrich data on Akeneo in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Personally handle maintenance and data enrichment on Channel Engine.

• Relevant work experience in data management and operations.
• Knowledge of listing processes across various marketplaces.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets and meticulous work with data.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• A proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
