- developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap
- defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-informed product investments
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product development process, bring new features to the market, and ensure successful product launches
- working with our internal Data Team to leverage data and analytics in guiding product decisions and optimizing performance
- gathering feedback and insights from customers to verify product alignment with market needs
- defining product requirements
- monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and make recommendations
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
- knowledge of software development, web technologies and web programming
- understanding of the usability of online applications
- proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, prioritize and manage development projects
- excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between development teams and other departments
- proven experience working in Agile/Scrum
- excellent command of Polish, and communicative English (at least B2)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with quality assurance processes
