SummaryThe Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct patient care services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and understands treatment plan and procedure modifications. The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for documentation of patient treatments, patient charges, and other information as needed. The Physical Therapist Assistant is also responsible for the supervision of ancillary staff. He/she participates in community presentations, staff education, and other departmental activities as requested by the supervisor, manager or director.Minimum RequirementsEducation
  • Associate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant education program
License/Registration/Certifications
  • CPR-AHA BLS
  • SC PTA License

  • One to five (1-5) years’ experience in relevant practice area
