Due to a large portfolio of work, this leading Contractor is seeking a Site Superintendent for higher-education projects throughout Rhode Island. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a crew of foreman, and overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety protocols.Site Superintendent - Site/Utility/Civil Contractor - Providence RI Responsibilities:
Crafting detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports, including the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines.
Implementing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and orchestrating construction phases to forestall delays and address client needs.
Vigilantly overseeing field operations to enforce safety regulations, company protocols, and construction codes, fostering a safety-centric environment.
