Working Hours/Shift: M-F; M-F; 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Salary Range: $ 1500-3500 USDOverviewThis role will report to the COO / Integrator and has one primary goal: to ensure strong financial management of the brewery. The role requires managing our outsourced third-party accounting function, while focusing on the internal finance operations and continuously improving the company’s financial health. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Continuously improve the company's financial muscle and financial health
- Own financial decisions (e.g. hiring go / no-go decisions, pay review budget and process, investment decisions)
- Financial close management including primary contact for external bookkeeping firm
- Day to day financial operations: AR, pricing (internal and customer files), expenses, payroll processing, banking and AP management
- Build strong Internal Controls through systems and processes
- Ad hoc projects including data analysis
- A college degree in accounting or business; CPA / CMA preferred
- 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in a finance management / supervisor role with direct FP&A and / or close management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Prior QBO, ERP system, and payroll system experience required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Beer or beverage industry or another fast-moving industry an advantage
- Small or medium sized high growth company experience an advantage
- EOS experience an advantage
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as necessary
