Analyst - Design Quality Check Marketing - JBS Gurugram, India What this job involves: The Analyst-Design Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring error-free delivery of project work. The role will require the candidate to understand the creative brief for each project, review collaterals and ensure that they adhere to our brand and tone of voice. This role is quintessential a person with excellent designing skills along with a sharp eye to proofread documents. You should have a command over design software's so you can provide design suggestions and review provided output and suggest the design changes. You should have a problem-solving approach and be good at concentrating for long spells. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support different business/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions in design reviews and help designer to provide error free deliverable's. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Sound like you Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in design and ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and structure. Understand customer expectations by reading project brief. Ensure the accuracy of design by verifying all referenced parameters (e.g., client instructions, brand, formatting ) Ensuring projects are designed with adherence to brand guidelines and standards. Provide constructive design input or suggestions, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work. Maintain a design checklist to support the reference guide and update it on an ongoing basis. Recommend process improvements to create efficiencies, document, and share best practices. Monitoring team with quality standards. Responsible for ensuring continual quality improvement within the team. Promote company's brand standards. Reporting to manager on quality standard issues. Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes Help in taking edits of design project as per requirement. To apply you need to be: Bachelor's in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience. Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You must have an eye for detail to review design outputs and find issues related to brand and consistency. A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop along with the good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing. An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital. Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage You have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL's aggressive business and deal completion goals.
