- Serve as the primary point of contact for EOR ( Employer of Records ) members and responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of the entire onboarding / off-boarding process for the EMEA region
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Leverage existing technologies and identify more contemporary opportunities.
- Collaborate with payroll for the execution of pay and position changes, benefits, and employment tax matters.
- Leverage internal and outside legal counsel to respond to employment-related matters
- Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances which includes inter-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth function of the process.
- Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement levels and taking appropriate action to address any issues.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to employment laws and regulations and ensure the EOR remains compliant. Responsible for creating and updating the repository with regard to policies and procedures that comply with the Labor Code and other applicable laws and regulations.
- In addition to the above responsibilities, the candidate should have a strong understanding of the country's labour laws and regulations, including the Labor Code and other relevant legislation.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain objective and impartial when investigating complaints or resolving disputes.
- Has great administrative drive, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Smart, motivated self-starter who is able to work well with limited supervision
- Good at multitasking, organisation, attention to detail, accountability, problem-solving, and time management
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills; fluent in Multiplier systems and tools
- Team player with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Comfortable communicating with others over video calls, emails, and in person
- Bachelor's degree in human resources
- 5-8 years of experience in HR-related roles, prior experience in the EOR domain will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
