Job Description
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role, with experience in analysing data from HRIS and ITSM systems.
  • Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets specifically from ServiceNow.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to ServiceNow data.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.
  • Experience working within a captive advisory model.
  • Proven experience with specific ServiceNow modules relevant to the role (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Employee Self-Service).
  • Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to employee experience data.
  • Experience working with ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
