Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, questions, and messages during live broadcasts. Plan and prepare content for live streaming sessions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts and themes for live broadcasts. Keep abreast of current trends and topics relevant to our audience to ensure content remains fresh and engaging. Maintain a lively and dynamic on-screen presence, capturing the attention of viewers and encouraging participation. Monitor audience feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future live streaming efforts. Coordinate with other team members, such as content creators, graphic designers, and moderators, to enhance the quality of live broadcasts. Adhere to scheduled broadcasting times and deadlines to ensure consistency and reliability for our audience. Represent the brand professionally and uphold its values and reputation at all times. Job Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and captivate audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with viewers from diverse backgrounds. Creativity and innovation in content creation, with a keen understanding of what resonates with online audiences. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and improvisational skills to handle unexpected situations during live broadcasts. Knowledge of current trends, topics, and cultural nuances in Malaysia, particularly as they relate to social media and online content consumption. A passion for storytelling and entertainment, with a genuine interest in connecting with people through digital platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages, with proficiency in other local dialects considered a plus.
