- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to determine the best materials, methods, and sequences for operations.
- Inspect fabricated metal parts for accuracy, clearance, and fit using precision tools.
- Utilize metalworking machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape and cut metal according to specifications.
- Maintain production targets while delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in CNC machine operation.
- Trade qualifications preferred; however, equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety practices.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Class 1 license preferred but not essential.
- Provide at least 2 work references showcasing your expertise and reliability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors while also taking initiative when needed.
