Job Description:Our client is looking for a Clinic Administrator to join their growing team.Working hours: Monday to Friday 8-6pmLocation: Nearest MRT NapierJob Description:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics
To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

Salary: Up to $3,000Requirements:

Diploma or ITE qualification in any area
Experience working in service industry is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook
