We interact with our clients on a frequent basis and our systems keep workflow running smoothly throughout the year. You will supervise and review financial statement preparation and analysis and help our clients with ongoing business planning. As a primary contact person, you will provide exceptional personal service to clients in long-lasting working relationships.Knowledge & ExperienceTo fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administrationBasic knowledge of structure and content of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRSPractical experience in preparation of financial statements as well as experience in financial modeling and budgetingAny exams/parts passed on professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, DipIFR) is an advantageAt least B2 English, fluent UkrainianSkillsComplex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutionsProfessional presence, including excellent written communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously on a day-to-day basisAbility to interact with all personality styles as well as various cultural backgroundsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills requiredStrong computer skills, proficiency with MS Excel is a mustCRM experience is a plusWhat we have to offer you$$ salary + commissions + bonuses based on individual and practical performanceMentorship and career growth opportunitiesHelp with preparation to pass CPA or another professional certificationAnnual vacation and UA public holidays days off, paid sick leaveAttention: Please, send us your CV only in English, along with a brief introductory message and salary expectations.
