- Serve as the property Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations and handle the tracking of service issues
- Resolve any guest related situation, compliants and grievances in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations
- Engage guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience
- Implement and monitor the guest recognition or service programme
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of guest relations experience in Hotel, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position
- Pleasant, service-oriented and excellent communications skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
