- Dealing with contentious and non contentious Employment matters.
- Acting for a range of clients in sectors such as health, education and corporate sectors.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service.
- Working on employment litigation cases and providing representation in court.
- Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Staying abreast of changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
- Participating in business development activities to grow the firm's client base.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice.
- Helping with supervision of junior lawyers in the team.
- A strong background in respondent Employment law
- Likely to be around 5 years PQE or above.
- Ties to Leeds.
- Strong academics.
- Previous experience working with a regional, national or international law firm.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary in the range of £66,000 - £74,000 per year.
