Our client is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national law firm in Leeds who have a great reputation for high staff retention and being known as a great place to work.The Employment Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Dealing with contentious and non contentious Employment matters.
  • Acting for a range of clients in sectors such as health, education and corporate sectors.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service.
  • Working on employment litigation cases and providing representation in court.
  • Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
  • Staying abreast of changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
  • Participating in business development activities to grow the firm's client base.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice.
  • Helping with supervision of junior lawyers in the team.

  • Likely to be around 5 years PQE or above.

  • Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A competitive salary in the range of £66,000 - £74,000 per year.
