- Set up RDSL process framework and DoA structure
- 搭建公司业务流程的系统性框架平台以及公司授权政策
- Review business process flow & DoA periodically and make recommendations for improvement
- 定期审阅公司业务流程和部门授权政策,并提出改善建议
- Lead global system application in RDSL
- 推动集团系统在罗氏诊断中国的应用
- Lead SOP review across functional departments, implementation of best practices. Ensure the procedures are well maintained and in compliance with local, regional and global SOPs
- 支持和协调跨部门标准业务流程评审及优化,实现最佳实践,符合当地地区和全球标准业务流程规范
- Optimize SOP processes, assist in drafting process flows and make recommendations for improvement
- 优化标准业务流程,协助起草流程并提出改善建议
- Provide training in SOP process drafting and documentation for new business projects / cases for BA and other supporting functions
- 为业务部门和其他支持性部门负责的新项目提供标准业务流程起草流程等相关培训
- Closely connect with global and region BPM team, timely organize BPM related training for RDSL local staff
- 与集团和亚太流程管理团队紧密联系,定期为公司员工组织BPM相关培训
- Drive change and innovation for E2E process optimization
- 带领端到端流程优化的变革和创新
- Be steward for corporate data governance

- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
- 遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动
- Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or IT related
- 会计,财务或信息技术相关专业本科学历
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin required
- 精通英文书写和口语表达能力,必须会说普通话
- Project management skills

- At least 10 years of relevant experience required in public accounting / finance / IT or Project Management, experience with no less than 3 years in business process management or project management.
- 至少10年以上会计/财务/信息技术或项目管理相关经验,其中3年以上业务流程管理或项目管理经验
- Good communication skill and stakeholder management skill
- 良好的沟通能力和利益相关者管理能力
