- Manage the tax obligations with respect to projects in a specific region.
- Estimate the tax impact of projects in tender phase and give advice on tax clauses in tender documents.
- Support the preparation of tax provisions for the region to ensure that the financial statements accurately reflect the tax liability.
- Review the tax compliance of the entities of the JDN Group.
- Coordinate tax audits or litigations in the various jurisdictions together with the finance department and tax advisors.
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide tax assistance to the business (procurement, area controller's, etc) and help identifying opportunities.
- Monitor the implementation of transfer pricing policies and review the respective documentation required in each jurisdiction.
- Dealing with indirect taxes, personal income taxes, transfer pricing and foreign operational tax aspects will also be part of the role.
