- Identify market & consumer trends, and unmet needs across various countries
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research studies in-house
- Manage and oversee research conducted by third party partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with research partners & consultancies
- Design and socialise impactful deliverables to communicate key findings
- Utilise secondary research resources to enhance knowledge
- Deliver proactive research to help the business understand the market & competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong & collaborative relationships with various research teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to add additional value through research
- Proven experience in planning, designing & executing quantitative research studies
- Ability to generate compelling insights to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills with the capacity to anticipate stakeholder needs & manage expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail & data accuracy
- Strong IT literacy and highly proficient at using Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word
- Skill in storytelling with research data & connecting the dots
- Capability to articulate insights and implications clearly
- Aptitude for identifying effective research methods to solve business problems
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise conflicting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
