As Australia's exclusive homegrown tourism marketplace, this client proudly showcases nearly 90% of the nation's accommodations and attractions, solidifying its role in promoting the diverse tourism landscape of the country.About The OpportunityThis is client is seeking an exceptional Digital Delivery Lead to join their dynamic team. They are in the midst of developing a complex, custom digital platform to support tourism operators nationwide, and need your expertise to support its seamless delivery.As the Digital Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our new digital platform currently in development. With your exceptional project management skills, extensive hands-on experience in technical program delivery, and a practical delivery approach, you'll be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help to bring our ambitious digital transformation program to life.

This position is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. This client offers a remote hybrid work model, allowing you to work from your chosen remote location. However, regular in-person meetings in our Brisbane CBD Head Office are required for this project.

About The RoleDigital Delivery Lead

Collaborate closely with our supply partner and key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with stakeholder requirements across design, build, and testing phases.
Drive integration of AI-driven enhancements to amplify the digital value proposition.
Implement essential User Experience solutions to ensure best in class CX.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with precision.
Manage stakeholder relationships seamlessly, tackling challenges head-on with your exceptional communication skills.

About You

Proven track record in leading complex digital transformation projects from conception to successful delivery.
Substantial experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and their practical application to enhance project delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
Adept at understanding business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions.
A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindsetSkilled in detailed transition planning and exploring the ideation, implementation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
