- Acts as Business and People Partner in assuring the balance between organization strategy and people experience inside company;
- Acts as Culture and Change Champion - contributes to building HR Programs linked with strategic goals and brings it to live; effectiveness measurement;
- Participates in all internal and external audits related HR; Assures the implementation of all related procedures and action plans;
- Coaches & guides employees though their entire business cycle - from onboarding and up until exit management, having always the primary focus to improve employees experience;
- Leads the satisfaction measurement programs, including internal surveys, exit interviews, stay interviews and follow-up the completion of action plans;
- Monitors personnel related KPIs, while providing support to Internal Stakeholders in defining and implementing actions to control;
- Implements the recruitment strategy in their area of responsibility;
- Responsible for the implementation and the effectiveness of talent management processes in the area of responsibility;
- Conflict mediation;
- Manages & communicates the relevant instruments related to behavior and respecting the rules (Code of Conduct, Internal regulation, Collective Labor Agreement, procedures and instructions related to motivation, discipline,);
- Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans;
- Internal Communication - manages the process end-to-end.
- 3-5 years in a generalist role (experience in a similar role would represent great advantage)
- University degree;
