- Cooperates closely with Business side peers, Super Users, Process Architects, Developers, Application Architects and Business Analysts
- Coordinates and owns the business requirement specifications of its own sub-domain, in-line with domain business and IT strategy. Assists the business system owner in defining developments and the associated acceptance criteria
- Participates in Functional Specification preparation. Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, the expected system interactions. Models the data requirements or work with the appropriate people to ensure that the data will support the new solution. Designs master data management process in their domain.
- Defines the scope and schedule, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity (integration and user acceptance tests), in terms of composing and performing test scenarios, recording the results and defects, manages and supervises the corrections and accepts the results.
- Manages, reviews and approves the training materials and provides quality assurance. Manages end-user trainings.
- Identifies change management impacts, create plans for and carry out the change management activities. Manages handover to business and participates in modification of the relevant service catalogue item.
- Coordinates IT development processes, projects and change requests in their area.
- Builds contemporary knowledge of solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area, proactively collects and communicates best practices to development teams and peers
- Supports unit leader with domain specific functional and technical tasks.
- Higher professional, Information Technology, Engineering or Economics degree
- At least 2-4+ years’ experience in IT Business analyst/Process improvement roles
- Communication level both in English and Hungarian
- Independent work attitude
