Operations Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in business, math or engineering related field

• Oversee the reporting infrastructure responsible for recording and reconciling trades, positions and pnl, as well as managing premium and margin across the firm

• Work at the heart of the trading floor, engaging directly with the trading and technology teams

• Manage daily, intraday, and monthly clearing account and pnl reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies

• Proactively suggest and execute improvements in existing back office systems, infrastructure, and procedures

• Manage existing relationships and on boarding with external vendors, brokers, clearing firms, new exchange memberships

• Maintain firm compliance with regulatory, clearing, exchange rules, including trader and trading tag registration, monthly reports to exchange and regulatory agencies, etc.

• Document processes to ensure consistency and enhance knowledge sharing within the back office team
