- 2-3 days’ work week, daily 9 hours with 1 hour meal break
- NegotiableCore Responsibilities
Merchandising
  • Drive and execute nationally activities, planograms(flow) and promotions are implemented
  • Demonstrate retail in-store best practices and merchandising and high quality brand representation to our major customer
  • Assist with all in-store campaign setups and Installations as requested. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be necessary
Business Relationship
  • Manage multiple in-store relationships in major account to maximizing sales potential and opportunities
  • Motivate store contacts to prioritize the brand through negotiation and building collaborative relationships
Business Planning
  • Account Management for Independent Retailers, monitoring in-stock level and sell-in product launch, promotion and replenishment
  • Monitoring product performance and inventory management
  • Collect, provide or share market Insight and data analysis proactively
  • Present market information on Retailer, Toy supplier and competitor activity in reports to internal Sales & Marketing team
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in business or above
  • Sales or Retail experience in consumer packaged goods is preferred
  • Customer focus and consumer sales driven by directing interface with responsible accounts on date to date basis
  • Proven ability to achieve department and company goals
  • Outgoing, driven, willing to take up challenges and with a strong business sense
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good collaborative skill by cross functional collaborating among sales, marketing and operation
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
