Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Markets

- Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a regional sales, preferably in the automotive aftersales/tyres/lubricant sector- Knowledge of franchise business model is an advantage.
- Ability to work on cross country projects. Regional roles in Asia Pacific or Middle East an advantage.
- In depth knowledge in strategic marketing, range/brand management, and sales management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Meet zonal objectives in terms of volumes and GMVC by prospecting and converting key partners.
- Work with global KA team to extend global relations to APMO zone.
- Work on long term plan for Spare Parts Distributors (SPDs) with focus on identified stakeholders
- Convert key construction, transport customers to TotalEnergies.
- Convert key Heavy Duty OEMs to TotalEnergies.
- Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget
- Assist affiliate to upgrade to premium range specially for HDEO range.
- Work with B2b Teams and affiliate for major commercial tenders.
