JD - Associate Director, Analytical Services We are looking for an Associate Director to join the New Opportunities team at Analytical Services, which focuses on solutioning, sales-enablement, and exploring new areas of growing the services business of Moody's Insurance Operating Unit. The role will involve collaborating with teams across Moody's to build services solutions for clients within insurance and beyond. The team also acts as a incubator for new services lines across different products of Moody's. Responsibilities Solutioning Assess customer requirements and develop solutions, along with alternatives, which leverage the RMS and Moody's products to address market and customer needs; Work closely with sellers, product managers, and delivery leaders in order to determine our capabilities and develop the overall solution strategy and approach; Undertake market sizing, articulate client value proposition, identify product placement, propose pricing for the proposed solutions; Articulate solutions through brochures, sales enablement presentations, and other collaterals; Collaborate with teams across Moody's to identify how insurance products can be leveraged to non-insurance clients, e.g., climate change for banks and corporates; and Similarly identify how managed services capability of Analytical Services can be leveraged to incubate teams of other operating units within Moody's. Lead Generation Pre-sales and business development activities (webinars, conferences, etc.) representing Analytical Services with high touch liaising with marketing and other stakeholders across the organization; Execute a systematic approach to manage the opportunity pipeline for both hunting and mining activities; Perform trend analysis on existing AS customers and work with delivery teams to determine additional opportunities in existing accounts; Perform market research to identify offerings, competitors and target clients. Skills/Qualification And Experience 10 Years of experience with minimum 5 Years in CAT Modelling Master's in Business Administration / Economics/Finance or equivalent desirable Good understanding of Property & Casualty (re)insurance domain Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Hands-on experience with end-to-end Data Analytics Services offerings Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce Ability to conduct in-depth market research on various market players and offerings Excellent communicator and an ability to communicates with all levels of the organization Moody's is an equal opportunity employer.
