
Sales Development Representative (Norway, SaaS Enterprise)

- You are responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and getting them excited about our meeting management solution
- To do this, you identify decision-makers via various channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) and make initial contact with them (50 calls a day)
- Whether by phone or email - your aim is to win the other person's interest so that they want to find out more about our solution
- You coordinate follow-up meetings between the sales executive and the outbound / inbound leads you have qualified
- You maintain the data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes
- You take part in other sales and marketing activities, e.g. trade fairs.
- Your are passionate about sales and you might bring already first experience in a similar Sales role
- You are 'fearless' when it comes to convincing people over the phone
- You speak Norewgian fluently and English at a good level
- You have excellent communication skills - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through
- With your positive mindset & resilient attitude you turn problems into opportunities and you never give up
- You work result-driven & independently and bring excellent organisational skills
