- Work collaboratively with Director of Training and leadership team to organize and complete the following trainings: BT skills trainings, Rethink trainings, booster trainings, CEU events and RBT trainings
- Make modifications to all trainings to adapt with company culture, updated training procedures, and based upon post-training feedback to better the company
- Collaborate on the development and oversight of the 40-hour RBT training program, ensuring alignment with company standards and BACB requirements
- Conduct regular audits of the BRT training program by conducting QA of live trainings, collecting feedback of trainees via surveys, making changes to the program based on audits, etc.
- Conduct initial and ongoing trainings for Georgia BT trainers on course content, behavior skills training, and professionalism
- Assist in the certification process and compliance monitoring of RBTs including competency assessments, RBT exam prep, and supervision checks.
- Communicate with RD's/CD's/BCBAs on training status of RBT/BT/BCBA and identify strengths in training, staff areas to develop, and areas that may require continuing education on an individualized basis
- Maintain caseload with 10 billable hours each week as a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor and/or supplemental assessments to meet the billable requirement
- Input required training data and attendance into SharePoint after each training
- Maintain training schedule 1-month in advance
- Report post-training feedback reviews quarterly with training team
- Conduct QBS safety care trainings
- Identify training needs and skillset of RBTs as well as provide additional training when skill deficits are noted by supervising BCBA.
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of BTs on assigned cases.
- Do performance reviews on assigned BTs on an annual basis.
- Provide updates and feedback to company management.
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Develop data collection system with leadership team to present to BCBAs who will collect post training data during live client sessions.
- Balance BCBA caseload and training duties to ensure legal and ethical duties are met for clients and families.
- Current BCBA certification
- Working ABA experience with children in a 1:1 setting (# of years dependent upon degree/course sequence)
- Experience in providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians (BTs)
- Previous experience in the development and implementation of trainings, preferably in the field of behavior analysis or related fields
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be creative, hard-working, dependable individual with a passion for training and working with individuals diagnosed with ASD
- Reliable transportation is required to and from work
- Dependable individual with strong work ethic and collaborative work mentality
