  • Key decision maker: Drive hiring decisions and be actively involved throughout the recruitment process;
  • Sourcing talent: Utilize a diverse range of channels, including advertising and databases, to identify and attract top-notch candidates
  • Recruitment marketing: Even if you don't have the experience in this field yet, you get all the freedom to further enhance your skills and explore creative ways to get to the right talents;
  • Stakeholder management; collaborate closely with hiring managers to agree on sourcing to ensure attracting talents in a timely fashion and in the most cost effective way, with a keen focus on quality;
  • Market Research: continuously provide market insights to advice where we can find the best talent and identify potential challenges that may impact our hiring approach and offerings.
Key about your teamOur dynamic HR team works with all international business lines to deliver the best new talents for Keylane. We have 3 offices: In Copenhagen, Utrecht & Rotterdam. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Life and Pension department, you will play a significant role in attracting the very best talent in the Netherlands but you will also be in contact with your colleagues in Denmark . You will lead the whole recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles within Keylane L&P The Netherlands. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated individual. Together with your HR colleagues, you will shape the future direction of our recruitment practices. By assessing the hiring needs of our business lines and asking critical questions, you will strategically map out our recruitment strategy. Your experience enables you to deliver results quickly, ensuring the perfect match between Keylane and potential new colleagues, with the support of the hiring managers.Key about youYou are an experienced professional, equipped with extensive knowledge in the field.   • Talent Acquisition and Retention: The ability to find, attract, and retain suitable candidates for the organization, taking into account the company culture and team needs.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze recruitment data and statistics to identify trends and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach to recruitment, actively seeking out new opportunities and ways to improve the recruitment process.
