- Completing preparation of our products according to the recipes and standards set by our head chef.
- Monitoring and managing breakfast service, ensuring a smooth flow and timely delivery for our guests.
- Maintaining your areas cleanliness, tidiness and adhering to highest hygiene levels.
- Being receptive to feedback from the team to improve your methods and progress your own skills.
- Feeding back directly to our head chef regarding stock management, and kitchen inventory.
- Working with our front of house team to address guest requests and dietary requirements to provide a personalised and exception experience
- Be passionate about working for an innovative and forward thinking business
- Be eager to learn and willing to learn new skills in a new environment
- Have a keen interest in working in an eco-conscious kitchen, to be kinder to the environment
- Be used to working as part of a team to succeed together
- Have basic knowledge of kitchen work
- Have the ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required
- £12 per hour plus tips
- 45 hour working week
