- Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio, being retention the maximum priority
- Build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers
- Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
- Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns
- Analyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis
- Maximize your portfolio's expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
- Help the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)
- University degree in Engineering or any technical degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a related digital field as a Customer Success Manager or any Consulting role
- Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas, data-driven mindset
- Mandatory moderate to advanced knowledge of Front-end technologies (Plain Javascript, any other front-end framework, CSS…)
- Previous experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Tag Commander, Adobe, etc..), Analytics tools, CRO tools (ABTasty, Content Square, Optimize, Optimizely, Kameleoon, VWO, etc...) will be highly valuable
- Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized
- Ability to punctually travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and proficiency in English
