Job Title: Repair CoordinatorLocation: Swadlincote, South Derbyshire, UKRole Type: Permanent RoleLooking to recruit a Repair Coordinator to join a leading Property Services Company based around Swadlincote.Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone and email questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments
  • Ensuring that future jobs are appointed in a way that will ensure our contractual Service Level Agreements are met, and no false promises are given.
  • Using an in-house system, you'll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discuss complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, where your role is to instil the customer's confidence.

Requirements:
  • You'll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in office based in Gloucestershire (Mon-Fri 40hrs a week)
  • Have excellent customer service skills
