We are working exclusively with a specialist in-house development monitoring team seeking a chartered building surveyor to join.The opportunity will be working alongside two extremely talented and caring associate and managing partners of a globally respected consultancy. They work on behalf of funders, owners, and occupiers on a range of small to large scale, and landmark projects. Due to on-going successes across the UK & EU. They are now focusing on their UK and European expansion.The RoleThe role is focused on providing clients with the complete end to end solution and will see you working closely with the other specialist teams to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for projects in 1hr 30 minutes radius of your location and on occasion expected to travel across the UK and Amsterdam. Your key responsibilities will include –- Traditional Building Surveying - Project Led- Technical due diligence- Development monitoring on behalf of landlord, funders and end-users.- Client care and business development.- Progress/programme reportsAbout YouThe team are looking for somebody who can display hunger, desire, and passion for their role. Who is a go getter, willing and ambitious. You will have a relevant RICS accredited degree and will come from a building surveying, or project management background.
