The Role Email Management: Efficiently handle, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to showroom clients, handle inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and distribute surveys. Appointment Scheduling: Organize and schedule showroom appointments, keeping the Sales Representative's calendar orderly. Sales Support: Aid in sales tasks, engage with potential showrooms, document meetings, and follow up on commitments. Route Planning: Strategize daily routes to boost efficiency. Documentation: Keep precise records of meetings, conversations, and client interactions. Market Research: Research to find new showrooms and business prospects. Personal Assistant Tasks: Handle occasional personal tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal Profile Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Knowledge of cabinet terminology and sizes (training available). Comfort with basic computer software; 2020 design software experience preferred (training available). Openness to training and task adaptability.
