- Assist in the daily operations of the Poolside Grill, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the Grill Manager to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events and promotions at the Poolside Grill.
- Provide leadership and guidance to grill staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
- Act as a liaison between guests and management, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, culinary arts, or related program at an accredited college or university.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience in hospitality management with a focus on food and beverage operations.
