Identify and resolve network and communication connectivity issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA) to aid the delivery of consistent, high-quality services.
Cisco Routing and Switching.
Backup solutions
Working with TCP/IP concepts, DNS, DHCP, IP Subnetting, TACACS+/Radius and Authentication technologies
Deployment and Management of Windows in both physical and virtualized environments
Manage Active Directory and Entra ID
Manage Microsoft Exchange & O365
Implementation and manage virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper- V
Firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, WatchGuard, FortiGate.Skills & QualificationsMaster of Computer Science major in networking and cyber security
Experience with Datto RMM - Autotask PSA - Datto BCDR - Intune
Palo Alto certifications PCNSA or higher.
5+ years of experience administering multiple Palo Alto firewalls in a Data Centre.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification
Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco products (switch/routing, UCS, WLCs, Meraki, ISE, etc)
