- Regional Marketing Strategy Development - collaborating with the Head of EMEA Marketing, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
- Independent Distributor Collaboration - building and managing strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
- Marketing Communications - managing the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Strategic Partnerships - developing and managing the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
- Exhibition and Event Management - developing a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPI's.
- Public Relations and Social Media - creating PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.
- B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
- Marketing Management experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
