They believe that everyone should experience the same impeccable quality of sound, regardless of their position in the audience.The RoleWe have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s marketing strategy and enhancing their brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:
  • Regional Marketing Strategy Development - collaborating with the Head of EMEA Marketing, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
  • Independent Distributor Collaboration – building and managing strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
  • Marketing Communications – managing the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Strategic Partnerships - developing and managing the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
  • Exhibition and Event Management – developing a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPI’s.
  • Public Relations and Social Media - creating PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.
RequirementsSkills and Requirements:
  • B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
  • Marketing Management experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential.
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
