Job Title: Supported Housing CoordinatorLocation: InvernessSalary: £27,000 - £28,500Monday - FridayDescription:
Are you passionate about supporting individuals in maintaining independent living? We're seeking a dynamic Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team. You'll oversee the delivery of housing support services, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Your role involves managing a dedicated team, assessing support needs, and coordinating daily activities. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to equality and diversity, we want to hear from you!The perfect candidate would have a healthcare background and hold an SVQ 3 in health and social care.Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality housing support to service users
  • Supervise a team of Supported Housing Workers
  • Assess and review support needs of service users
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
  • Manage staff scheduling and recruitment process
  • Coordinate and attend development activities
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous relevant experience preferred
