You'll oversee the delivery of housing support services, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Your role involves managing a dedicated team, assessing support needs, and coordinating daily activities. - Provide high-quality housing support to service users
- Supervise a team of Supported Housing Workers
- Assess and review support needs of service users
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
- Manage staff scheduling and recruitment process
- Coordinate and attend development activities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous relevant experience preferred
