Position Purpose: Manages Programs ( In-house programs developed in Prague, contract development programs from external development centers, in-licensing programs) in autonomy, pro-actively managing key deliverables and synchronization between key activities in order to ensure on-time on-costs delivery of new products. Supports overall projects execution and resources allocations by providing continuously updated information regarding programs' timing, costs and quality. Program Manager mainly interacts with Portfolio Managers and Program Core team members (Development PM, RA Manager, Manufacturing Leader & Launch Manager, IP Manager) for Program definition and execution respectively.Your responsibilities:

Build optimized Program Plan for the Programs and update them along Program lifecycle (from decision on Generic Portfolio Committee to Commercial Launches).

Proactively monitor and report key deliverables achievement and secure on-time technical launches. Optimize resources usage across Programs: propose prioritization to portfolio.

Secure delivery of Programs: mitigate time & costs slippage when possible by facilitating cross-functional solutions, get arbitrations for each Program and ensure transparent implementation of decisions. Escalate to Portfolio Management in case of impacts on Program targets that cannot be mitigated within the Program Team.

We require:

University degree - Chemical, pharmaceutical, or science field preferred.

At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management. Pharma Industry preferred.

Good knowledge of Generic product Development and Various regulatory Guidelines

Good Communication, Interpersonal and Team handling skills & Resistance to stress

Ability to absorb and present complex ideas quickly, good prioritization, time management and analytical skills

Advanced knowledge of English

Working in a hybrid mode (60% home office, 40% office work), location Prague
