- Keep an eye on messages from clients or the Field Services Team, and deal with them quickly.
- Make sure the information in our systems is correct so we can track all problems properly and make sure customers are happy.
- Look at when Technicians are free and how busy different areas are to help decide what the Field Services Team should do next, and sometimes give tasks directly to the Field Technicians.
- Liaise with Sub- contractors and Agents to assist with meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- An empathetic approach to dealing with the sensitivities of clients and Field Technicians scheduling concerns
- Strong communication skills
- Time and people management capability
- Able to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of Gaming, Wagering and Club Keno products, systems and software
- Required to understand local/State geography
