Job DescriptionWe're working with a nimble beauty specialist who have stood the test of time - more than that actually - they've smashed it time and time again.A product development specialist across beauty and personal care ranges, they offer fast innovation in emerging trends, every day value beauty staples and private label partnerships for major retailers and other brands.Stability across a strong channel development platform, manufacturing integration and a deep product knowledge of their space has created an environment where ideas can be tested quickly and scaled.Always focused on the next season, the beauty category never sleeps.Speed is always key in the beauty business and our client's speed is their strength.As a NAM on Retail, you will be working with customers who are destination stores for Beauty and who lead in being first to market in innovation.Your knowledge of retail account management will be put to great use as you balance private label range development with selling in new brands and lines to test and scale in micro-seasons.If you see an opportunity for a sale or a new project and range, then our client will listen.Very little red tape, you'll have great access to time with the Head of Sales & MD.
