Job Title: Trainee Associate QA Analyst
Contract Length: 12-month Company Placement, with potential extension.
Start Date: July 2024
Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Salary: Real Living Wage (currently £12 per hour)

As a Trainee Associate QA Analyst at Hypixel you recognize the important impact to internal and player quality that you have. You are growing your skills in communicating risks and quality planning, as well as the execution of quality practices. You are learning to grow more independent in your quality practice while working as an embedded member of your team to drive quality transparency across a feature area. You share this knowledge with the QA team and utilize it to provide impactful testing support.Essential Skills
- An embedded team member and participates in all development team rituals to deliver results.
- Proactive collaboration with non-qa discipline counterparts.
- Developing understanding of Agile development fundamentals and how they apply in practice at Hypixel.
- Ability to communicate data and analysis in reports and meetings.
- Growing degree of comfort and proficiency with defect logging in a system like Jira, test case writing in a tool like TestRail or Zephyr, and experience within a game engine or software integrated development environment.
