- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Build and manage an effective marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Define target market segments and customer personas, and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the company's position in the market.
- Drive the development of compelling marketing campaigns, content, and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure effective product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing activities and drive results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to drive innovation within the organization.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry or skill tech sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resulted in revenue growth and increased market share.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decision-making and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
