Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals. Define content goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Audience Research: Conduct thorough audience research to understand their needs, preferences, pain points, and behaviour. Create detailed buyer personas to guide content creation. Content Planning: Plan and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content production. Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate content ideas and topics. Ensure content is optimised for search engines (SEO). Content Creation and Management: Oversee content creation, including writing, editing, and content production (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics). Maintain content quality standards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Manage content distribution across various channels (website, blog, social media, email). Content Promotion Develop strategies for promoting content to reach a wider audience. Utilise social media, email marketing, and other distribution channels to maximise content exposure. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance using analytics tools. Continuously optimise content strategies based on data insights. A/B test content elements to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging. Communicate content strategy and guidelines to the broader team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities. Strong project management and organisational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools. Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR). Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content production.
