We are clear on what we stand for and our commitment to inclusivity anchors our behaviours.Job DescriptionWe're recruiting for a Client Reporting Analyst to join us on 12 month fixed term contract.The Client Reporting Analyst will interact directly with our internal and external data providers, to ensure timely delivery of information into the reporting team. The Client Reporting Analyst will also interact directly with clients, consultants, and administrators.What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing the collation and the timely delivery of data to clients and consultants, ensuring services are delivered within agreed SLA guidelines, and in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards
  • Developing a good standard of Investment Management technical knowledge and an understanding of LGIM's products, brand, competitors and clients
  • Working with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries and data requests, through to completion in line with client expectations
  • Promoting a procedural and control mind-set to ensure tasks and controls are consistently documented and reflected to allow top rate accuracy, quality and timeliness of deliverables provided to clients whilst mitigating risk
  • The analyst will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Regulatory reporting Audit reporting Ad-hoc requests Regular tasks
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
  • An understanding of the various investment vehicles and strategy types run by LGIM
  • Significant attention to detail and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong workflow management experience
  • Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, highly team-orientated
  • Proactive and proven to work on your own initiative
